Test Eric Lebel

Eric brings over 15 years of construction management and trade experience to the AEI team. As a Lead Superintendent, Eric oversees a variety of projects including both office and laboratory renovations, mechanical fit-outs, equipment installations, and historical restorations. Eric’s daily duties include coordination of vendors and subcontractors, oversight of in-house foremen, material procurement, and general site management of projects from commencement to close-out. Eric has quickly established himself as a detail-oriented superintendent that clients can rely on to yield a superior final product.

Eric’s recent projects include the replacement of two roof top units for a historical building on the campus of New England College of Optometry, a GMP glass washer replacement at Biogen Idec’s Cambridge, MA manufacturing plant, and a multi-laboratory renovation at Genzyme’s Waltham, MA facility.
